At IDFactoryPro, customer satisfaction is a core operational priority, and all return and refund requests are handled through structured review procedures to ensure fairness, clarity, and consistency.

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions. Each request is evaluated carefully to balance customer interests with production realities.

lReporting Period: Any issues related to received products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

lProduct Condition: Returned cards must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of use or alteration are not eligible.

lCustom Orders: Custom printed cards that accurately match the approved design are non-refundable, except in cases of verified production or printing errors.

lRequired Documentation: Refund or replacement requests must include proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

lProcessing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method or an equivalent resolution.
